The Short Answer
A regular house clean on the Gold Coast with us costs between $127.20 (a 1-bedroom home on a weekly plan) and $379 (a one-off clean of a 5-bedroom home). The two things that set the price are the size of your home and how often you book — the more often we clean, the less each clean costs.

What's Included in a Standard Clean
Every regular clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping and sanitising benches and surfaces, cleaning sinks, showers, toilets and mirrors, emptying bins and a general tidy. We bring all the products and equipment, and everything we use is non-toxic and safe for kids and pets.
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, window tracks, walls and heavy build-up are part of a deep clean rather than a regular clean. Read deep clean vs regular clean for the full difference.
What Changes the Price
- Number of bedrooms. Bedrooms are the simplest guide to how long a home takes, so our prices are set by bedroom count.
- How often you book. Monthly members save 10%, fortnightly 15% and weekly 20% on every clean.
- The starting condition. A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while may need a one-off deep clean first, so regular cleans can keep it at that standard.
- Type of clean. Bond (end of lease) cleans, deep cleans and Airbnb turnovers cover different work and are quoted separately.
How to Pay Less for a Cleaner
- Book a regular schedule. The biggest saving comes from frequency — up to 20% off with a weekly plan.
- Keep the same cleaner. A cleaner who knows your home works faster and misses less.
- Declutter before we arrive. Clear benches and floors mean more time spent cleaning, less time moving things.
- Start with a deep clean if needed. Once the build-up is gone, regular cleans stay quick and affordable.

Is a Cheaper Cleaner Worth It?
Cash-in-hand cleaners can look cheaper, but check what you're getting. A professional service should be fully insured (so you're covered if something is damaged or someone is injured in your home), have background-checked staff, bring its own products and equipment, and fix anything that's missed. If any of those are missing, the lower price usually comes with risk.
